Stephanie Wilkins

Hi I’m Steph! I’m originally from Nebraska, where I started tattooing, and have been in Portland since 2014. I lean towards and enjoy traditional style tattoos mostly due to their bold lines and bright, solid colors. I love to use this style to create fun and humorous designs that people will be excited to wear. When I’m not drawing something to make you laugh, I also enjoy drawing classic and vintage-inspired flowers, hearts, and pin ups (men and women!).

In my spare time you can find me drawing on the couch with the dogs watching Bravo, or painting with the dogs at my feet watching Bravo.

Here at the shop, we love our fur family and thought we’d share some pictures of them for you to enjoy!

MJ Beaton

Hello, my name is MJ (short for Michael-John). I’m originally from central Massachusetts and have been tattooing since 2006. I’m not limited to, but well-versed in traditional style tattooing, using bold lines and bright color to create a comprehensible piece that will stand the test of time. In addition to classic traditional imagery, some of my favorite subject matter includes: Dog portraits, Aliens & Ufo’s, Iconic characters & content throughout TV Movies & Music, all things weird spooky & mystical. I’d love to hear your ideas – Let’s make some fun tattoos, Portland!

Jared Hunter

Hello, and thank you for reading my bio. My name is Jared and I’ve been tattooing for 15  years. I specialize in bold, designerly tattoos and making up words, like designerly. Most of my work is based on the model of american traditional tattooing. Solid lines and lots of black make for a bold tattoo that will hold. I do pride myself however, on not being a one trick pony as I am also very well adept at fine line and delicate pieces. My tattoo love language styles are Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Scientific Illustration, Cross Hatching, Stippling, Black & grey and nicely rendered script tattoos. I also have a very large Gnome collection and collect 18th century french antiques. I was just kidding about one of those. Can you guess which?

Carrie Smith

Hello, my name is Carrie! I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a focus on drawing and printmaking. After completion, my desire to learn tattooing became a goal and a passion.

I enjoy getting to know clients, hearing their interests and perspectives on designs, as well as drawing custom pieces or tattooing my flash!

In my spare time, you can find me knitting, sewing, foraging for chanterelle mushrooms,  getting tattooed, meeting new friends, and spending time with my family and three dogs – Finn, River and Ralphie.
